After we have an in-depth interview with each candidate and decide to continue the employment process for, we then schedule a complete background check including drug screening, diploma verification and employment references.

JTL will provide you with short-term or long-term employees. We can also arrange for you to directly hire any of the candidates we send to your facility. You also have the ability to inform us of an employee that you are unsatisfied with and no longer want them on your premises.

This can also be referred to as a head hunter. If you have a special position available in which you just don't have the time to look for that qualified individual or have been searching and are unable to fill the position, then our recruiters can come to you.

We do not employ based on a first come first serve basis. At JTL we identify each individual with the area they would fit best.

We hire people for companies with many different programs and skills. We use National tools to make sure we find the right match for you. As the requirements change from production to IT and Engineering, our search tools also change to make sure we capture the right individual for your business. As the requirements get more complex, job descriptions and specifications and the key to make sure we can search for the perfect fit for you.

JTL Solutions is the employer for all temporary employees all paychecks are distributed from our main office in Huntsville, Al.

Who gets the hours from the employees?

The company can either fax or email the total hours to JTL for each employee.

Customized screening

Drug screening: We send every potential employee for a drug screen. Some clients specify specifics, either 5 panel, 10 panel or in some cases a hair folicle test.
Criminal background check: We run a complete history of their background information for each person applying with JTL Solutions. This is a Statewide check but more specifics can be taylored as per the clients request.
Employment reference: JTL will seek at least 2 past employment verifications for each individual.
